City of Miami Swears In Interim Executive Director Neil Hall

Recently the City of Miami swore in Neil D. Hall as the Interim Executive Director.

Neil Hall is a licensed architect with a graduate degree from the University of Florida in Architecture and Design. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise . Over the past 27 years, his architectural practice, The Hall Group, has developed a strong reputation for excellence in Urban Development Consulting, Urban Planning, Interior Design, and Architecture. He has also contributed to some of Miami’s iconic buildings such as the Miami International Airport and the Adrienne Arsht Center.

In addition to his professional pursuits, has also established The Urban Collective, an urban lifestyle boutique and design studio that showcases the rich cultural heritage of African art.

“The history of Historic Virginia Key Beach Park is an important part of the fabric of our community, particularly during the Jim Crow era. This park served as a gathering place for the African American community during a time of segregation, and it stands as a symbol of resilience and determination in the face of adversity. As the new executive director, I am committed to preserving and revitalizing this historic site for future generations to enjoy. I look forward to working with you all to bring this vision to life and to make this park a vibrant destination for the entire community,” says Neil Hall.
