Relive Miami's history with a free Eco-History tour of Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, a popular destination for people of color in the 1940s and 50s. Explore historic landmarks, amusement rides, and nature while learning about the soldiers, native tribes, and families who were part of the park's history.

Book a FREE complimentary Eco-History (Ecological + History) Tour to experience what makes this historic hidden gem so unique. Enjoy a guided beach tour of historic landmarks, amusement rides and nature all while learning about the soldiers who trained here, early native tribes who settled here, and the summer cottages where many families stayed when they visited. 


Tours are held on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 AM-10:45 AM and 2 PM-2:45 PM.
Blackout dates: 12/1/18, 12/22/18, 1/18/19, 1/31/19 Vehicle Entry Fee Applies
