To reserve a pavilion, simply check the availability on our events calendar and complete the online reservation form. Full payment or $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due five (5) business day before your event.
Pavilion rentals start at $250, with additional options such as the 20 x 20 Tent, Island Pavilion, and Tea House available for $150 and $100 each, respectively. Please note that a $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all pavilion rentals.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages to your pavilion rental. Please ensure that all items are properly disposed of and that you adhere to park regulations regarding alcohol consumption and waste disposal.
In addition to the rental fee, there is a vehicle entry charge of $10 per vehicle on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and $12 on holidays. Entry is $5 per vehicle Monday to Thursday. There are no additional permits required for pavilion rentals.
Pavilion rentals include access to the designated pavilion area, picnic tables, and nearby restroom facilities. Guests also have the option to enjoy complimentary rides on the Historic Carousel on weekends and holidays from 12:00 pm to 5 pm. Please note that the Historic Mini-Train is currently out of service until further notice.
