Dear Miami Community,

The health and safety of our residents and visitors is a priority for Historic Virginia Key Beach Park (HVKBP). We are closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) with the City of Miami and will provide regular updates pertaining to forthcoming events and programs.

Public Health and Safety

For your well-being, we have increased our custodial service in all public spaces and communal objects including door handles, handrails and surfaces. Our park staff meet daily to ensure the highest level of professionalism, safety, and to implement all updates from the CDC, City of Miami and Miami-Dade County.

We strongly advise against visitation if you are not feeling well or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, or if you or a loved one suffers from a compromised immune system. We encourage you to stay informed about COVID-19. Among the websites you can visit for helpful information are Centers for Disease Control and PreventionFlorida Department of Health and World Health Organization.
