Historic Virginia Key Beach Park is an 82-acre historic national, state, and locally recognized park on the national register of historic places. It offers several great settings from intimate affairs to large scale events. Our friendly professional staff will assist you to select the perfect location for your event.

Plenty of biodiversity, watershoes are a must. Lots of jacks, puffers, snappers and barracuda. Queen conchs are also a regular find. The tables are closer to the water than most beaches. A hidden gem just minutes from downtown. Entry is free on foot (although it's quite a walk from the bus stop). I visited midweek and it was almost completely empty. The water was very clear and still, which was perfect for swimming. There was lots of wildlife and plenty of space for exploring.
