Trust Supports TEAR’s Tale of the Rope
The Miami-Dade TEAR Initiative is hosting a community gathering to explore the history of lynchings of African Americans in Miami-Dade County. The event will focus on three documented lynchings and aims to identify the locations for historical markers. Attendees are encouraged to share information about the victims, their descendants, or other racial violence incidents in Miami-Dade. Admission is free and open to the public.
